Friday 11th April 2014
On Good Friday, 18 April, members of the London (South) Ordinariate group and other parishioners of the Most Precious Blood Church in Borough will join Christians of all denominations for an Ecumenical Procession of Witness through the streets of Southwark. The procession begins at 11 am at St Saviour's Church of England Cathedral and finishes at the Most Precious Blood Church. Other local Catholic churches will also be taking part, along with Anglicans, Baptists, Methodists, members of the United Reform Church and the Salvation Army. The procession, an annual event, is organised this year by Father Christopher Pearson, the parish priest of the Most Precious Blood, which is in the pastoral care of the Ordinariate.
