LOGS and the River Thames

Joy in Mayfair as 10 men ordained for the Ordinariate

On Saturday 17th June, at St James' Spanish Place, 10 men were ordained as transitional Deacons to serve in the Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham.  Alongside those who formerly ministered in the Anglican church there were the first two Ordinariate clergy to have received ther formation entirely within the Ordinariate.

Ordinariate establishes its first Personal Parish
Monday 29th May 2017

On Ascension Day, Sunday May 28th 2017, the existing Torbay Ordinariate Mission was canonically established as the first Personal Parish in the Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham. During the Sunday Mass Mgr Keith Newton inducted Fr David Lashbrooke as its first Parish Priest. The new parish is based at the Ordinariate church of Our Lady of Walsingham with St Cuthbert Mayne, Mill Road, Torquay TQ2 6HJ.


Cardinal Pell to ordain ten men for the Ordinariate

On Saturday 17th June at 11:30am Geroge, Cardinal Pell will ordain ten men to serve as transitional Deacons in the Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham.
